The service

The site offers planning tools (Relay Board, Script Clock, Meeting Swap) and AI helpers (Clip Desk). They are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, and may change or be unavailable at times.

AI output

AI output can be wrong, incomplete or out of date. It is a draft to help you think, not professional, legal, medical or financial advice. You are responsible for checking it before you use it.

Estimates

Time zone, timing and savings results are estimates based on what you enter. Check offsets and daylight saving changes yourself before you rely on a schedule.

Acceptable use

• Do not use the site to break the law or harm others.
• Do not enter personal, confidential or sensitive information into the AI tools.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, overload, scrape at scale or probe the site or its services.
• Do not use the AI tools to produce abusive, deceptive or unlawful content.

Your content

You keep the rights to the text you enter. You give us permission to process it only as needed to run the feature you use. See the privacy policy for how data is handled.

Our content

The Girbil name, logo, design and site code belong to Girbil. You may link to the site freely.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Girbil is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, or for lost time, profits or data, arising from your use of the site. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us, which during free early access is zero. Paid plans, when they launch, will come with their own plan terms.

Changes

We may update these terms and will change the effective date when we do. Continued use means you accept the update.
