Girbil is the provider of this website and the controller of any personal data described here. This policy explains what we collect and why. Questions go to support@girbil.com.

Tool data stays in your browser

Relay Board, Script Clock and Meeting Swap run entirely in your browser. The teammates, scripts and meeting lists you enter are saved in your browser's local storage on your own device. We do not receive them. You can clear them at any time by clearing your site data.

Contact form and early-access sign-up

If you send a message through the contact form or join early access with your email address, we receive that email address and your message, if any. They are stored in Girbil's own Cloudflare R2 storage bucket and used only to reply to you and, for early-access sign-ups, to invite you to try Girbil. Form messages travel through Cloudflare's network on their way to that bucket. We delete them after 12 months, or sooner if you ask at support@girbil.com.

AI features

When you use Clip Desk or the AI demo on the home page, the text you type is sent to Cloudflare Workers AI, which runs an open Meta Llama model, to produce the answer. The request passes through Cloudflare's infrastructure, and the site does not store that text. Please do not enter personal or confidential information.

Fonts, images and scripts

Fonts, images and scripts are served by the site itself. The pages make no third-party requests.

Cookies and analytics

We do not use tracking cookies or third-party analytics.

Hosting and security

The site is delivered through Cloudflare. Like any web host, Cloudflare processes technical data such as IP addresses to deliver pages and protect the service.

Your choices

You may ask us to access or delete a message you sent by writing to support@girbil.com. Using the site is not meant for children under 13.
