How the numbers work
- Meeting hours = people × minutes × times per month.
- A clip takes the chosen share of the meeting's length. The author spends twice that to prepare and record, and every other person watches it once.
- Hours saved = swap % × (meeting person-minutes − clip person-minutes). The swap % starts from a score for the meeting type: announcements and status updates score high, brainstorms and negotiations score low. You can edit it.
